Tapping, scratching, page turning, soft speaking, whispering, fabric sounds, and mouth sounds.
Actions
Watching someone talk about an object or perform a task, watching hair playing, and hand movements.
Personal
Real-life role-plays including, medical examinations, hair cuts, eye test, facials, and virtual treatments.
Touch
A sense of being touched including, back and arm tracing, hair play, facial, and up close whispering.

My Story
I remember the first time I ever felt ASMR... sitting there, getting my hair brushed. I'd felt a tingly sensation starting in my scalp and running down towards my back. Although, I never really knew what I was feeling. What I do know, is that it was relaxing and I enjoyed it!

I stumbled upon Gibi ASMR's Cork Scratching For Relaxation video about 4 years ago. Since then, ASMR has changed my life. It has helped me to overcome personal/difficult situations, from late-night study sessions to understanding grief.

ASMR comes in all shapes and sizes (not literally), but there is something for everybody. ASMR is essentially any form of visuals, sounds, and stimuli that enable you to feel that response or feeling. Whether you enjoy the sounds of rain, the visuals of watching someone studying in the library, or in-person personal attention, for example getting your hair brushed or a massage. We all experience ASMR differently, and that's the beauty of it!

I feel very passionate about ASMR, creating ASMR, and the power that it has to positively change lives. I create and share ASMR videos, quite simply, because I want to help individuals overcome and understand situations, just like how Gibi ASMR helped me!
